Neil
has worked for Priority Research since 1998 as Housing
Business Development Consultant. Prior to this he had
a wide ranging career in both the public and private sectors,
working for a number of local authorities and blue chip
companies, particularly in human resources management,
graduate training and counselling, organisational development
and sales and marketing.

He
has developed a wide range of innovative consultation
approaches and specific projects with our housing clients
across the UK since joining Priority Research.
Neil qualified in Archaeology at Southampton University
in 1974 and practised as an archaeologist until 1979.
He is a Corporate Member of the Chartered Institute of
Personnel and Development and holds Diplomas in personnel
management, marketing and counselling. He is personally
active and highly experienced in community and local affairs,
which complements his knowledge base of the principles
and practice of effective customer consultation and involvement.
