  Housing Asset Management
In 2000 the government committed to bringing all social housing up to a decent standard by 2010.

The Welsh Assembly set a date
of 2012 for Wales.

A requirement has also been placed on social landlords to consult with residents on their specific proposals to achieve such standards. Priority Research has now created a successful survey approach to achieve this, which enables analysis by our clients down to street level.

As our recent client puts it:
"This survey has provided us with a very useful and comprehensive source of data on what really matters to Charter's customers when it comes to improving their homes, and will really help us to shape our WHQS works programme."
