Housing Neighbourhood / quality of life surveys:
Considerable emphasis has been placed by central and local government and their
partner providers on regeneration in recent years.

Priority Research has worked on fifteen estate/neighbourhood/local market consultation projects recently, based in north and south London, the Home Counties, the East Midlands, north and south Wales, and the North West.

Our ‘Priority Search’ methodology is ideally suited to such exercises and has been utilised on a variety of sizes and types of consultations, e.g. either pre- or post-regeneration (or both), simultaneous tracker surveys on several smaller estates for comparative purposes and cost effectiveness, and for local partnerships under a wide variety of government initiatives such as SRB, LSP, New Deal for Communities and Neighbourhood Management.

We are particularly proud of our ‘hard to reach’ capability which has been demonstrated on a number of targeted projects e.g. with young people, refugees and asylum seekers.
