12 years working with over 80% of the UK’s universities
and colleges.

service allows users instant access to a range of library
questionnaire templates which can be customised to meet
their individual requirements.
The service is available for an annual subscription fee
and allows users to run as many surveys as they wish within
a 12 month period. Data from individual libraries can
be stored online and used for tracking purposes year on
year. The service also allows universities to opt into
a range of comparative and benchmarking questions if they
wish. Users can access the popular Priority Research paired
comparison methodology if they wish to establish key priorities
for strategic planning in the future. e-inform provides
users with the facility to customise their template by
including their logo and institutional colours.
